We wish to share our passion of music whether as singer, student, musician or listener
We sing to delight and inspire, and to share the passion of music whether as singer, musician or listener
In harmony, ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things.
A group of sopranos and altos came together in 2006 to bring a new ensemble to the Mayflower Chorus stage. In its first season, a founding member, Joni Chase, gave up her part when she was diagnosed with cancer. Wildflowers sang our first song "Let there Be Peace on Earth" at the December show and again at Joni’s funeral in January.
Wildflowers lends its harmonies to an eclectic repertoire. We’ve sung upbeat tunes, inspirational or romantic ballads, and gospel songs.
Wildflowers participates in Mayflower Chorus tours to entertain at senior facilities. We also sing at the holiday program for Aldersly Retirement Community, and at private and organizational functions.
