Bill Gossy - Works for the U. S. Postal Service as the PostMaster at Woodacre CA . Bill is an active participant in many aspects of the Chorus and previously sang in the tenor section. His background is in sales and marketing.
Suzanne Thompson - Chorus soprano. Chairperson for the Publicity Committee, original member of the Strategic Marketing Committee, served on New Director Search Committee, and also serves on Gala and Development Committee. Chorus member since 2007. Former owner of retail store in Corte Madera.
Jane McClure – Standing for first term, chorus member since 2015; alto. Serves on the Development Com. Enjoys the choice of music, enthusiasm and camaraderie of the Chorus, Retired educational psychologist (28 yrs.)Has a BA psychology and MA in counseling psychology, currently serving on the Hanna Boys Center Board.
Ken Klein - Ken is very involved in the Chorus as well as volunteer work with young people and entrepreneurial consulting. He has been a member of Mayflower since 1984. Ken sings baritone
Jan Gibbs (Vice President) – Mayflower Chorus member since 1996. Chorus Administrator from 1997-2001 and also served on Board in 2001. Chorus soprano and active on Gala, Larry Vargo and Membership committees. Currently accruing hours in post graduate internship as elementary school counselor, towards licensure as Marriage/Family Therapist.
Gary Gonser (Treasurer)- President of Novato Theatre Foundation/Marin Onstage. Theatre producer for 19 years, web designer, set designer, technical director, marketer. Project Manager and financial analyst for 10 years. Currently producing plays and music at the Belrose Theatre. Member of SF Bay Area Theatre Critics' Circle, writing/publishing reviews on my blog, Marin Backstage.
Sterling Johnson - works as a lawyer (35 years) and bubble performer (15 years). His appreciation for choral music was given depth when he first sang in a presentation of Handel's Messiah 40+ years ago. He believes that when people act from their passion (being of service, making bubbles, producing music), the world becomes a better place.
Phil Muller – Standing for election for a first term. Chorus bass since 2009, member of Fourth Street Beat. Have owned and operated an energy consulting practice since 1994. I believe in a pragmatic result oriented approach to difficult challenges. I can look at the big picture and not get bogged down in the details.Teresa Saltzman - No biography available at this time.
Teresa Saltzman– standing for election for a second term – Administrator - Miwok Indian Museum. Former Co-chair for Benefit Gala. Former Chorus member
Tania Weiss- Standing for election for a first term. – Plays trumpet & euphonium in Sewer Band & Corte Madera Town Band, was president of Town Band. Ph.D. scientist & founder/CEO Marin Biologic Laboratories for 20 years. Led volunteer ski racing programs in Chicago/Bay Area for 10 years. Supporter of son, Alec Lavine, member of Mayflower Chorus.
